Expect to see various native animals, such as the Himalayan black bear, Himalayan Tahr, Assam macaque and red pandas It is rumored that the fabled Yeti has been seen here too! The trek takes you to the sacred Hindu Gosainkunda lakes area where many pilgrims visit in August each year.
